#1- Know why you’re writing something

#2- Analyze and revise

You need to think about why you are doing what you are doing and what you hope to achieve through the content you are putting out.
Look at the numbers. How many views does your content get when you post a new blog post every week? What if you increase that number to 2 blogs per week? Try it and see if that yields better results and more impressions.
Have a schedule for how much you are going to put out and when you are going to do it. This is what is meant by having a content strategy. Find the one that resonates best with your target audience.
#6- Decide on a brand voice and stick to it
It is important to be clear about your brand identity. It will help you engage with your customers and build a relationship with them.
Successful branding helps distinguish you from others. It makes you recognizable. That is the best thing you could do for yourself- building a strong identity that helps the customer identify you.
You can see the way Wendy’s interacts with its customers on social media, or the way Spotify promotes itself using a youthful, relatable voice. These things all set them apart from their competition. If you can pick a brand’s advertisement out and attribute it to them without having to look at the logo, or if you can look at a piece of content and say it’s theirs, it means that business’s marketing team is doing a great job.
